About the 95% statistics. Just a question

  1. No he is not considered a trader. Here..let me give you an example:

John is 23 year old and has been fired from every fucking job he ever had. John, due to external pressures from the "those assholes" he owes money to, gets a hot tip from his crack dealer who says " Man, awe you gots to do my man, is gets one a dose daytradin accounts wit da future sumthin or udder, and den yuse gots da rabbit by da balls"

So then John goes and opens an account with a cheap ass broker who lets him buy jsut about any future contract for only $495.99.

Then just as John is about to make his first trade, his crack whore girlfriend Mary shows up for a score which John is more than glad to give her since John knows once Mary is tweaked she'll do anything.

Now with Mary blowing John's Trumpet, he decides to take his first trade. He enters Long and quickly gains 1 point on the Es for $50 bucks less commision.

With Mary poppin his knob, and his first trade unde his belt, John decides that this is his destiny, and renters Long only this time with 5 contracts since John knows from his elementray schoold days that 5 times 1 =7.

In 20 seconds, John is down over 300 bucks, and bitch slaps Mary and tells her to "get the fuck out bitch".

Now John is mad. John wants to get his money back from those sons of bitches in the market. John goes short this time with 10 contracts since John once saw his uncle do this at a Black Jack table at the Ho Chunk Indian Casino.

Suddenly, there is a knock at the dorr, and John gets up and goes to see who it is. Before John can anser the door, Jermaine, Johns crack dealer kicks it in and demands the 2K John owes him from past dealings. John tells him he need until this afternnon, but not to worry he will have all his money then.

Jermaine agrees, but rips Johns laptop off the table and tells him he's keeping it as collateral. As Jermaine exits John's crib, John turns to go back to his trading, but soon realizes that Jermaine not only has his laptop but his trading platform complete with open trades in his poesession.

Before John can scream at Jermaine to come back, the phone rings. It's Johns broker telling him he needs to immediately deposit 2500 dollars to cover his margin loss or else.

Thats the 95% rule. Hope this helps.

    Good luck to you.
