In the scenario you describe, would the child be legally entitled to dual citizenship, and if so, can a person entitled to dual citizenship be POTUS under the letter of the law? 3. Nonetheless, there is no known record of the halfrican having ever held a US passport until after he became a US senator and was issued a diplomatic passport by default. So once again, I ask you how did he enter Pakistan during the 1980's and what country of origin passport did he use to do so? Note that the halfrican or his handlers has never refuted he entered Pakistan on an Indonesian passport as is suspected.
