Does the fetus have rights to limit
Your case says the Mother has all rights and the fetus has none

  4. So, thousands of little unborn babies will now die before even being born so the mother can go on her way happily singing a tune.

A half-century ago, science and legal precedent led the Supreme Court to make fetal viability the standard in abortion law

Has the science or morality changed?

Thats an interesting point.....Kinda of a stoner type question
Primary purpose of the census is to allocate resources and appropriation of congressional seats

He's got you right where he wants you, arguing as if the fetus is a person.

My case is it’s none of our business. The question is really when to allow a medical procedure.

There’s a place for the viability argument, in my opinion, and medical ethics. The real question is do we take the de minimus viability as the standard as if all fetuses will grow outside of the womb at x weeks. If that were the case the women could just birth babies at 8 weeks.

The heartbeat argument is foolish too. A liver and kidneys is just as vital as heart. They don’t talk about other organs for some reason.
