Yes, it's true! Out-of-state residents are taking over Texas — specifically, Californians.
Nearly a million people applied for a new Texas driver's license from 2018 to 2021. Most of them came from California.

 

I thought most of them came from Mexico according to Abbott.

 

So a Biden supporting, Newsome supporting, warmonger thinks the border is fine.

 

Abbott has been saying for months that thousands of Mexicans are crossing the border into Texas every month thanks to Biden. Abbott even started shipping some border crossers to other cities.

 

Abbott is correct.

 

Well this pretty much explains where most of Texas' population increase is coming from.

Comparatively the number of Californians moving to Texas is a trickle.
