Their iPhone makes them print money everything else is secondary, as long as Apple Geeks keep upgrading, it's a cash cow.
PE is 16. That isn't hype it's real business success. It will be years before the cash cow nature of their business and advantages of their established customer base and products drops. When I visited two of their stores lately ( I own no Apple products but my daughter does ), they were packed and you needed to join a 30 minute queue to meet with an adviser. The younger generations love their products, and that's where the big money is these days, with the folks that consume and have no immediate worries about career. Too often people on here want to tear down successes without understanding or researching what is really going on. Worldwide markets are huge, if you are #1 in anything you can make a killing.
iFlyingCar would be awesome, but I think GOOG beats everyone to that one, since imo, an absolute prerequisite to flying a car is that it flyes itself. You enter destination and the flying car gets you there hands off. Hence you need a massive network and AI to handle it, and GOOG is already working on self-road-driving cars.
Ipredict, a tool that will give you the quotes from tomorrow already today. That would be a big success. All the cash they piled up is more than 50$ a share.
Making smartphones, tablets and computers isn't anything extraordinary nowadays. The only thing that makes AAPL money is its brand. As long as there are young stupid folks who are keen on spending double the amount they would pay with competition just for having something fancy to show off, it works. But those fashion trends change very quickly. iThink sooner or later there will be another fancy fashion brand, maybe Samsung, maybe someone new, who will get the focus of the young people. And then... when the half rotten apple isn't fancy any more, what does AAPL have to offer except for overpriced products?
Morgan Stanley explains why Apple could rise 50% http://www.cnbc.com/id/102698349 These guys are all sheep. There isn't a single Apple product that I can't get a comparable one for 30% less than the Apple product. It's days of being a market leader are doomed (unless something drastic changes, which it won't)
