i was an idiot i shorted when it hit 336 and went down to 329, i should've shorted when it went 348 duh!

 

Anyone shorting AAPL here?

 

AAPL earnings coming up and ipad 2 extremely popular. I would buy calls.

 

But it broke the critical support at 345 and has been traded weak all week. The company will keep its silence and won't release the iPad sales numbers until earnings.

 

The stock is broken. Will retest 330 recent low?

I'm still fairly new to trading, and I don't really understand why this is happening. Is it common? What is supposed to be accomplished with a cut in their weighting?

 

A cut in the stock's weighting is usually a representation of a reduction in market cap plus other criteria that indices use gauge a stock's weight in their index.
