I don't understand why papers say Steve Jobs-less Apple posts record earnings. it was Steve Jobs who headed the company last quarter. Now it would be fair to say Steve Jobs-less Apple, not last quarter.

 

I believe that Steve's team are smart and have been trained and have great ideas too...No one man came up with all ideas...

 

Correct, you need a team to come up with ideas but you need a leader to lead.
