AAPL starting to get push back around the internet. Here's the issue that started it

  4. Interesting article, sounds like CrAAPLe is trying to corner the market on distribution of creative work.

    If you violate the terms of the EULA, you will be sentenced to ten years in one their Asian sweatshops. :eek:
     
  5. This is nothing new. It is also widely known Apple is anal about legal matters, similar to the closed ios controversy a few years back.

    They also say on their website that any and all ideas they hear may be used by them with no compensation to the owner. Maybe to them, but to a judge? I don't think so! :D
     

  6. yes but do you want the hassle of getting the issue before a judge? Easier to just not give them anything at all, don't expose yourself to their legal department. Publish stuff on Amazon, you can just upload a Word doc, put a price on it and you are published....
