    COLOGNE, Germany, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Hundreds of Apple (AAPL.O: Quote, Profile, Research) fans braved rain and wind in the German city of Cologne early Friday morning to be among the first in Europe to get their hands on the coveted iPhone.
