Ecosystem. example: a lot of cars are rolling off the assembly line today with built-in ipod/iphone connectors. Though maybe not the best example, that showcases how easy it is for someone to bring an iphone into their lives, and why someone would want to keep iphone in their lives. That being said, I do feel though that the Samsung Focus S has a stronger chance against other phones. I feel like it may do what the kindle does: doesn't compete with apple, but sweeps up the rest of the market
these kind of predictions burn a hole in a lot of short seller's pockets. "at some point in time" is a worthless prediction. it is less precise then a broken clock is right twice a day. "what does the iPhone 4 have that the Focus S does not have ?" at minimum iphone4 has cachet. at most it has functionality and cachet.
It's as worthless as your vague responses. Cachet ? I paid $1 for my Focus S. IPhone is definitely overpriced. At some point, economics is going to override "Cachet".
Currently the iphone 3gs is free with a contract. Next year the iphone 4 will (probably) be free with a contract. Not that it's hard for economics to override cachet here, but at this rate it will take a long time to happen
"It's as worthless as your vague responses." your response is a typical childish schoolyard response whining that you can outdo me.. I said one part of one of your response is vague and worthless. it was too much for you to handle.
