  2. long verts can be short theta if both strikes are ITM, e.g. a 85/90 call bull vert under AAPL at 92+ is short theta.

  4. No. An 85/90 debit call spread with spot at 92 is long theta. It's priced < strike differential. It will converge to S-D with time [theta] or synthetic time [decrease in volty].

    Guys: Long theta = benefit from decay.
