  1. what price did you sell at? did you leg in?

    why are you not closing?

  2. $1.20 less commission = $1.17
    Possible Max Loss of $3.80 + commission = $3.83
So I've given the Market Maker 3.27 to 1 odds on the bet!

  3. I sold it for $1.55 on 11/28.

I am a small trader so we are talking a single contract here. As long as it continues to work I will milk it for every cent I can. I did not leg in.

  4. you know what you might consider...

If AAPL has a large pop maybe increase risk a little by closing 600 and selling 590 or 595 - same month, OR close both and roll into January and move up to 615/610, OR close both and roll down into 595/590

IF you think Aapl will not see >600 by then? LOL

AAPL could re-test its 200 ema. You would think it would before the party is over - if it is?

  5. I am not nearly as sophisticated a trader as most on this board. If AAPL shoots up I will just close the trade. I try to keep my credit spread at a 1:1 risk ratio. My max profit on the trade is $1.55. If it loses $1.55 I will close it out.

  6. Very wise approach. Wish I had followed that rule more often in the past!

  7. Quote from probe1957:

BOT AAPL @ $537.77. Still in my 600/605 bear call spread.

    Hope it reverses higher

  9. 541-542 by tomorrow

adding Dec 540c if AAPL <528

  10. added aapl Dec 540c @6.20; sold 550c at 5.85 near open

I was afraid it would see 525-526 today. I wanted to be wrong.

In my view it will trade back >540 tomorrow or Monday. Just a hunch.

But so much b.s. swirling around. Yet overall stocks not that bad. I was short Dec weekly 250c on AMZN and couldn't even get the stock <250 while aapl crashing.
