It sure is, which is why I don't trust long term positions from the buy side unless is an index. The market is very unforgiving with companies that disappoint. ie nflx, nok, grpn, rimm, fb, cmg, etc
I saw Apple at $80 and mooked out. No regrets tho. I also saw AMZN at $5 and mooked out. But none of them beats my greatest mooking. I owned 500 shares of QCOM at $45. Sold it at $50. Thought I made a good trade. Hehehe.... Watched it blast off to $1,600 (before multiple pre-splits) in 6 months like a deer caught in the headlights. I don't know why I never bought the shares back at $100, $200, $600, or even at $1,000.... I also have a good number of other mookings.... Hehe....
I was being sarcastic. The stock market doesn't scare me anymore. I have been to hell and back a few times.
Yep. Can't believe it. Really. Seriously. Never thought this would happen. I also never thought AMZN would trade at such high a P/E.
Being snide about grammar on an internet forum? Whazz-up wi thatt fool? Anyway, it is correct to capitalize those words in a Title/Heading. Also, there were 4 words - that's plural. So I think you meant to say "are proper nouns", not "is a proper noun".
Apple down $16 today to $663, Im not bullish or bearish on apple, but what I will say is that come Wednesday the stock will probably be around $680-$690 based off of the release of the iphone 5 and ipad mini. People will probably be waiting in line 2 weeks before it even comes to the store. Surprised to see it sell off on one of the biggest tech events of the year.
There's some news about Hackers getting AAPL Codes, and a new Samsung Lawsuit out there too. Or it could be a manufactured dip so the big boys can buy in cheaper before the next rally? Will probably be explained soon enough.... I'm staying Long regardless.
