    Correlated with RIMM

  4. AAPL will be fine until they miss earnings on April 23rd.

Who is buying several hundred dollar phones, music devices, and laptops right now? We are in a consumer slow down.

Gartley Harmonic pattern in closely correlated partner

  6. I am sorry thats not a H& S pattern.

The peaks are too wide and in several months. You need a continous type patterns with 3 peaks.

Hedgefundtrader, perhaps you are correct, but one of the good things about TA software is that it gives you results that you might not expect(or want) to see, in a manner that you did not expect to see, purely because it sees things from a quantitative and not visual perspective.

Not sure what criteria you are using to objectify the H&S patern regarding Horizontal symmetry but if you use Keving changs and Carol Oslers rule (The head is roughly equidistant from the peaks representing the shoulders, and the distance from the head to one shoulder should not be greater than 2.5 times the distance of the head to the other shoulder), looks ok.

    Re vertical symmetry,
    - the price of the left shoulder must exceed half way the distance between the right shoulder and it's preceding trough.
    - the price of the right shoulder must exceed half way of the distance between the left shoulder and its following trough.
    - the price of the left trough must be less than half way the distance between the right shoulder and it's preceding trough.
    - the price of the right trough must be less than half way of the distance between the left shoulder and its following trough.

Over a 5 day timeframe, this seems to conform.
