I was just thinking.. does this deal need regulatory approval and how likely is it that it will get it? I mean, the largest al. producer buying the second largest sounds like it should be difficult to get approval. How big will the combined company's share of the market be? If it's very big and makes approval unlikely, then which month's puts would be best as a gamble?
