A simple price action approach

  1. Is anyone calling this stuff in real time?

I can post the most awesome trendline chart you've ever seen after the fact.

I've called plenty of trades in real time on ET. I've provided clear diagrams of things that work. Metal caught my attention with this thread because s/he does the same thing and it works!

Does it work 100% of the time? No.

You're a trader! Trading is sloppy and imperfect, but there are incredible edges sitting in front of you all day long and all you have to do to succeed is trade every appearance of the edge with a protective stop at the place where the setup becomes truly invalidated and let the winners run to at least an initial profit level that makes sense in the current price action framework.

What matters is this: Do you draw your TLs and channels as soon as price invites you to and then do you assume the risk and put on the trade every time?

Or do you tentatively try one on and if it doesn't fit, you say, "TA is crap, anyone can do this in hindsight, blah, blah blah..."

I draw my lines and assume the risk and put on the trades (all of them), day after day. And they work and they work and they work, over and over again, and when they eventually fail or morph into a new trend, the trade is a scratch or a small loss and I immediately draw the new framework to fit the new picture and it works and it works and it works.

The insight into your profitability as a trader is when you guys put down these awesome trading frameworks that provide a genuine edge day after day, and you never offer anything else that's better!

    There is nothing better.

I challenge anyone here to provide trading setups more effective at dumping money into your trading account than price action trading off S/R levels.

Oh, and if your hugely profitable trading setups are proprietary and can't be shared because that would dilute your edge, the why are you even reading this thread and posting???

this question indicates you dont know squat about drawing tl's,rather than embarrass yourself any further, why dont you at least keep an open mind and apply yourself and learn,,,,Cant's(mexicants,lepricants.analacants...etc .....)never succeed..its very simple, you draw the lines, its either rising or falling, the lines tell you where it will eventually end,for starters, you could just trade the reversals at the extremities, and work your way into the more intricate 1 and 5 minute trades nodoji metal ,and crazya are showing
