    how am i ruining this discussion ? by proving with actual documentation that these are just plateau's on a downward spiral ! come on now "the proof is in the pudding".

    In its statement explaining its actions, the Fed said, "Recent indicators have suggested somewhat firmer economic growth and some tentative signs of stabilization have appeared in the housing market."

    the fed said that last fall too. its like me saying "the s&p might have topped " . i might have said that ! but it keeps going .

    Full year 2006 median home price rose a meager 1%. Whats the rate for 2007?
