Blacks lost a war that they are still recovering from. That is not an excuse. That is simply a matter of historical record. Losing a war retards a people. These questions are known as complex question, presupposition, loaded question, "trick question", they are as old as the world and don't fool anyone, asking "why are the jews subhuman" is no less antisemitic that stating that "the jews are subhuman".
