A majority of Americans want pot legalized

  1. The libertarians stance has always been drug decriminalization. I had a hard time with that part in the past. Could be worth a try, but the fear is crime would skyrocket. The end result could cause more problems than it solves.

    Don't forget to deduct the lost revenue from the "sick days" taken by newly converted potheads :p

    Seriously though, this is such a no brainer. Pot being illegal in the 21st century is a total anachronism.

  3. If there's NO VICTIM, take the law off the books. Simple as that. Same goes for prostitution.

    Why is alcoholism considered a health/medical problem and drug addiction a criminal problem?They are both the same and should be treated the same.
