    the author calls it "heartbreaking"

    they don't look all that heartbroken to me. seems they prefer to live that way. author is a douche.

    To be honest, it looks like 1 step up...no make that about 1/2 a step up from a shantytown in the 3rd world. I think those places are going to get more crowded soon.
