----------WINBORN TRADERS -----SCAM --------------------- I got hit more than 50% of my account in just 3-5 days continuesly with this winborn traders ( it should be loseborn traders). Everytime I was thinking this trade will work and I was taking trades with him. He is a counter trend trader and you know when market got sold badly he was taking all long positions at every low and by the time he finds low he already lost 34 ticks of emini S&P 500 which will cost you $425+commission. Some time it works when market is trading in a range.. Most of the time what I have seen is "he is losing money than making". He is not honest.. he will talk or reply your email only when you are not susbcriber.. he will not reply your email at all after you become subscriber. Just last week he lost almost 6-7 points of Emini S&P 500 and then he closed his trading room saying that he is done for the day... I was shocked when I saw his video on youtube in the evening where he was showing his trading skills and how to make money in future trading (I think he recorded that video somewhere 2-4 PM after closing his trading room).. he may tried one trade that point in time in simulator account and it worked out then he posted same video on youtube. If he is honest then he can post his trading room losing trades vidoe... I never see any losing day video on his youtube channel.. But you will see most of the losing day when you become subscriber and you don't have choice to get out from his room as he won't refund your money or even reply your email. *** He doesn't trade with real money, I think it is simulator ... he doesn't care if trade go wrong, yes what he will do is he will move stop-loss far away (lets say 2 or 3 points up/down) if it works then everything is fine else he will say it is market noise... Guys be careful with this guy instead learn trading yourself .. start in sim account when you are 80-90% profitable then start with real money with 1 contract.. make some rules on stone and follow them 100%.. You will learn and earn at the same time. Good luck guys......
thx much for your info post. sorry that you'd to learn the hard way. like i always said--if he/she can trade half way decent, he/she has no reason to try to charge those who want to learn how to trade. if these bogus trainers/teachers are profitable, they could set up their live trading room trading real money acct, and charge those who want to learn how to trade his/her way and to watch him/her trade live with real money trade by trade.... THAT WOULD BE A REASONABLE WAY TO CHARGE A LEARNER.... just my one man opinion. thx much for your sharing post.

Today (06-07-2012) Update from Winborn Trading room: - Winborn Traders didn't open his trading room today after losing money continuously from past 7-8 days without informing his subscribers. It looks like he is not going to open tomorrow either... wow but we have paid subscription fee for all trading days... - He didn't reply when I sent him an email this morning for trading room access. What should I do now.. can anyone suggest me, because he does whatever he wants.. he doesn't care about his subscribers.. oh my god what kind of human being he is.....
he says on his website, -HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS.UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING...... and he uses "results" not "returns" which makes it fake and SIM you should be glad he doesn't open his room and you lose more money. seriously, you need to become strong and move forward. however, if this means report him to CFTC and NFA, or sue him...fine, do it. help others who might sign-up later and lose. def. threaten a lawsuit and get your money back, asap.
Mark Deaton is back with a new website. So much for 3stepislandtrader.com and gorillagaps.com and tons of others. now it's: www.optionsdouble.com a typical long blurb web page of "aweber.com" form. email spam: "I know a powerful system when I see it!" <name> I got this today in my email.... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Mr. Mark I have been watching your Las Vegas lotto webinar and I want you to know -- I GET IT! Having been around professional traders for over 22 years I know a powerful system when I see it. You may not have so much luck with your "green" traders - they likely will never see the power in what you have graciously shared with them - Sorry that's just the truth Most new traders cannot grasp the simple concepts that this system offers. Without I doubt I can tell this system is very powerful, I can't wait to use it and I can't wait to see more details on the other set-ups - Thank You! - MSV - (Ironically Las vegas NV) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 14 hrs left Order - http://www.optionsdouble.com LV Lotto Webinar - http://optionsdouble.com/las-vegas-lotto/ Mark Renegade Trading, 780 falls Ave., # 320, twin Falls, ID 83301, USA
New one. www.daytradingthefutures.com I watched an old recording of a Ninjatrader 2011 sponsored video of Jay. He kept talking faster and faster. Then he screwed up and said something to the effect: can't show you my institutional levels and hedge fund levels. They don't come with the indicators, only shown in the live room. Then he said "that's how I make my living." ; So he just right out slipped. 1) If he doesn't make a living from those indicators and trading room he sells, why sell them at all when only the institutional and hedge fund levels are what "makes a living". 2) He actually meant he makes a living selling his indicators and trade room subscriptions by only showing the hedge fund and institution levels in the trade room, and the indicators are also needed to trade off the levels shown in the trade room. ==> Not making a living from his own trading if any. He has at least two websites: www.symmetryindicators.com (2010) www.daytradingthefutures.com (2009) Of the "300" members in the room. I think it's a new scammer's technique. they have a couple of friends in the room who are play acting the other "members" pretending to type comments as if they actually existed. some rooms never show a roster of other members. Some that do, it's only the same 4 or so members who respond or comment something. And they have like 2 or 3 "moderators"/actors.
Federal Court in Illinois Orders Defendants Richard C. Regan and Pro Trading Course, LLC to Pay More than $600,000 in Restitution and Civil Monetary Penalties to Settle CFTC Anti-Fraud Action "The order finds that PTC, through Regan and its employees, used false and misleading promotional material and sales solicitations, which overstated the advancement opportunity and profit potential of PTCâs commodity futures training program. The defendants also failed to disclose that not one of the 126 clients who completed PTCâs training and became PTC proprietary traders ever advanced beyond Level 1 of the program, according to the order. In addition, no PTC trader ever met the monthly profit targets set by Regan or received profit âpayoutsâ approximating those depicted on the âPayout Chartsâ Regan prepared, the order finds. The order further finds that PTC, through Regan and its sales associates, used false and misleading promotional material and sales solicitations to sell access to PTCâs Virtual Trading Room (VTR). This created the impression that VTR sessions involved actual commodity futures trading, but they failed to disclose that Regan and his team placed only simulated trades while conducting VTR sessions." http://www.cftc.gov/PressRoom/PressReleases/pr6280-12
http://www.cftc.gov/PressRoom/PressReleases/pr6280-12 this is good. so if any of those guru frauds trade, demand to see non-sim fills or sue them. ask them straight out, and record it.... "are you trading sim?" when they say no, they will soon be out $600,000 and gone forever. i think this should put about 10 websites out of business.... if you lost money or had horrible training, contact the CFTC immediately
Remember small traders, if u wish to file complaint on 3rd party educational/system vendors on misleading, fraud, high pressure sales, etc etc, do so in CFTC website or contact CFTC, SEC, and Attorney General. After all, u (taxpayers) are paying the gov to REGULATE.
