B.HULL, You have 23 posts to date - 8 are spent slamming me, and the entire balance are spent swallowing Local's load. The issue, of course, is that Local takes great exception to technical spread traders. Local trolls me relentlessly. Apparently, there is only one way to trade a spread market - to calculate carry and basis and then fade the prevailing trend if so inclined. I got laughed at and jeered by you , Local, and emg about the possibility that technical studies for spread trades were effective. Even in Local's domain, the grains, I will produce to qualified prospects clients who are seven for seven - that's correct, 100%, this year trading grain spreads from my proprietary technical studies. I have clients who have Sharpe Ratios of 8.00 YTD and average returns well in excess of 10 % per month NET in all markets - energy, interest rates, metals, equity indices. If I qualify you in advance, I will put you in direct contact with those clientele. You can ask them any questions you want. Don't take my word about Hull's fetish for Local Love, check out his 23 posts: " I think local has provided a number of examples that explain this sequence" "Local, I have reviewed the posts you have made over the past year and found your strategies to be remarkably successful. If I am objective about this, I find that your experience has given you the conviction to formulate and execute strategies for commodity spreads prior to those strategies revealing themselves as trends. I have found TA analysis to be limiting and would appreciate your oppinion on how to further educate myself about the use of fundamentals and commodity spreads. Thanks in advance." And the Gay Love Orgy keeps going on and on and on. If you are settled and comfortable and are not feeling nauseous, please click on his posts.
I wouldn't pay any attention to the love fest between Local and b. hull. EMG knows nothing about trading, which is why his most common contribution is "90% of traders lose. They just lose." A very worthless post in a lot of threads near the beginning. I wouldn't pay any attention to them, and I do see that if you have clients certainly they must be making money or you wouldn't have them.
do you have any self-respect or self-esteem left for yourself, bone....? using vulgarity on trading website is really uncalled for....! especially if you are a contributing sponsor among many other sponsors appearing on et here.... YOU AS A SPONSOR REALLY OUGHT TO SET A BETTER EXAMPLE.... to us vanilla traders.... to use the f... word so very often in so many of your last few posts.... are really not becoming of a sponsor of your status really.... do you think that your wife, your parents, your own children will love and respect you more.... if and when they happen to come across your so many posts using f-word and other similarities.... with whatever intentions.... and/or for whatever personal/biz reasons.... come on, bone.... you, among many trading teachers sponsoring et.... surely can do much better.... right? particularly, why fight with other members/traders so very fiercely to the point of self-destruction.... YOU SURELY CAN NOT MAKE EVERYONE LIKES YOU, LOVES YOU OR EVEN AGREES WITH YOU.... RIGHT? bone, just state your points and leave it at that.... if someone wants to poke fun at what you said, what you did, what you explained or what you affixed or showed.... let them do what they like and what they please.... for you are not responsible for them and you surely can not control what they think and more particularly what they want to express.... right? B.HULL, stock and others (including my humble self) are not your personal enemies at any rate, we all are entitled to expressing our points of view and opinions.... IF AND WHEN WHAT OTHERS SAID APPLIED TO YOU, THEN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT--FOR YOUR OWN SAKE.... if not, then so what, it does not pertain to you, right? then lets what others expressed goes.... for it is impertinent to you.... we are practically making ourselves a laughing stock for those who wish to learn how to trade.... PROFITABLY.... bone, for your own sake and for other learners' benefits let it goes.... K?
What's the name of the website that allows you to follow any number of trading systems and their performance record, for a fee? thanks, Walt btw, does anyone have any experience with consistentoptionsincome.com?
There'a thread about it here: http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=194343&perpage=6&pagenumber=1 Expensive. I never went for it. I went for this video "course" instead. More cost effective at $200. Not totally new stuff. But teaches how to use TOS better and cheaper than a $4000 mentorship program at CBOE. www.optionincomevideos.com
thanks for the referral. I actually reviewed their material about 1 or 2 months ago. Although consistentoptionsincome.com is very expensive in my opinion, I guess it would be worth it if indeed one could realize the consistent monthly returns that John Richardson professes.

I do not and have not taken virgin traders as clients. As another client stated in a post elsewhere, my techniques are somewhat advanced and are best exploited by an experienced trader. Again, I turn down alot more interested parties than I eventually end up taking on as a client. OP is just one case in point. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- sneakoner reply: i can co-sign this.

This might sounds a little extreme but I ended up moving from NY to CA to trade the mornings and during the move, I traded full time while looking for work. Places out here are pretty laid back with the hours you can work, people come in as late at 10:30am, which when trading the mornings, is almost a whole trading day. Might not be an option for you but thought I would throw it out there. As far as Bone, I have contacted him about his service about a year and a half ago and have contacted about half a dozen people that have hired him. I didn't end up signing up with him(for personal reasons, not trading) but I have yet to hear anyone say anything bad about him, in fact the most common reply I got was "I wish I had met him sooner."
