  1. WinBorn is the worse trading room ,, the main trader has next to zero trading knowledge and has lost loads of $$$$ trading ,, he keeps adding to losing position to get his money back ,, On 19th of Jan he started with 1 contract going long in a falling market and by 4PM NY time he was in 19 contracts and down over 140 points,, yes 140 points ,, Some how in their P/L result they posted Minus 4 points only ..( next day he blamed being tired) ,,.

Every service has people that succeed and every service have people that fail in there methodology... Coming on a forum with statements that something is good or bad will always be 'colored' with experiences of that person. That does not make it true for everybody... Just what his or her experiences where with the service...

Good commen sense will always previal in the search of a good trading service/teacher. Not hearsay, not words from the vender, but statements that can be checked by anybody. That can include tradinglogs, testimonials from people you can speak to and ask questions, and so on. Just following these simple rules will weed out anybody that is just 'selling' his methodology and has no transparancy what the results are by people following the methodology...

The problem with the 3rd party vendors is they are not regulated by the gov. If they are regulated by the gov, this 'colored" will be eliminated. The purpose of the gov to regulate 3rd party vendors is to protect the public by:

    1) Posting performance or stating their system/education/coaching/chatroom are a winner, must show proof. If the vendor is trading live real account, must show proof and will be audit by the gov. If the vendor is not trading live or real account, must inform public the system is based on SIM. Failed to do so will result up to $500K fined and a possible sanction.

    2) The gov will not allow vendors to post the words guarantee profit, low risk high return, etc etc etc.

Unfortunately, the gov does not regulate the 3rd party vendors. Therefore, they can say, write, and do whatever they want. They mispresent the public, falsfying the performance, gaurantee them, and so on. They can do high pressure sales tactics whatever it takes to get them subscribe. After the money is in, they can walk away. It is legal.

The "colered" can be eliminated if the gov begins to regulate.

    Example:

DayTradeToWin quote from the front page:

99% of trader fail. Become a trader by learning the methods used by 1% of successful traders.

He must show proof his subscribers are a successful trader and must be verify by the gov.

Puretick quote from the front page:

    profit from panic

He must show proof his subcribers profit from the panic and must be verfify by the gov.

Unfortunately, the 3rd party do not have to show proof because it is legal. They can say, write, and do whatever they want in order to get people subsribe

  10. add bill duryea of ioamt.com to the list. He is one the slickest ones. He will cost you a ton of money and time before you figure out the real deal too. So his outfit is in some sense worse than the easy to spot ones.
