  1. Ask the poster that came to your defense earlier for that answer.
Some of us know you are one of the good guys but you have friends on this board that aren't.

  2. anyone at the NFA is welcome to contact my clearing firm and brokerage immediately, right now this very minute. anyone who wants to send me an email about that information is welcome to do so and we'll clear it up immmediately.

to even suggest I'm hiding anything or operating fraudulently reflects poorly on my broker and clearing house, first & foremost. it is under their direction and guidance that I operate

    now it's beyond ridiculous here

Not that it would do me any good. He is a magnificent snake oil salesman though. One of the best. The "god" references really make me want to vomit.

He's first class crook , most of the scripts is choised and manipulated. I was 3 months with him and i have all daily scripts , i will post later here.

  9. I think just the facts as known were being discussed and conclusions drawn from such. You could of clarified it at anytime as you were still posting to the thread but chose not to engage in the discussion of your status at the time.

I really do not think anyone at your broker or at the CME is going to lose any sleep tonight reflecting about how you conduct yourself in puplic. I think they would be glad that the public demands information and full disclosure from those involved in the industry at any level, educator, cta, cpo, whatever.

  10. You could have pleaded the fifth...but you are stupid. Self-incrimination is about as good as it gets.

    I rest my case...for now.
