  1. My family eats poke salad and fried okra, are you kidding me? My grandpa still makes his own dog food for his dogs. And then we whittle.

    It is one of the finer things in life, at least here in Hawaii...I sure am gonna miss it!

  5. I thought y'all just ate Pineapples and roasted pig.

    My last meal would be Fried Pork Chops, Turnip Greens, Sweet Potatoes with Mashmellows melted crispy on top, pecan pie.

  7. Yeah, headed for the mainland. An opportunity came up very unexpectedly, especially amidst this economy.

    Hawaii is great, but it's dang expensive in every respect.
