A good site for secondary offerings and IPOs

    Does anyone know a good site to find IPO's and secondary offering. That is easy to use

    I cant to find one that give good info

    i found a few sites but they dont seem to update or have the stocks the day that they are pricing there secondary offering


    what i am looking for is a simple site with list of all secondary offering that have/or will be priced
