People from many disciplines including economy, social science, history, business, industry tell their stories about the functions of financial market. But one of the matters of truth is seldom talked about. That is, financial markets are created to make people livings, SOME but not ALL rich. It gives livings to bankers, fund managers, columnists, authors, educators, programers, cashier, clerks etc., and a few traders if not none. Among these people, there are mysterious "they" whom is hardly to finger out one by one. In summary, the market is like a mother to take care a great deal of many people.
