"A Frightening History Repeat?"... Pam Geller

  1. Truth has no author. If you're an analytical, the possible correlations are obvious.

If you're an Obama kool-aid drinker, perhaps you should at least consider keeping an open mind.

Blind faith in politicians has usually been punished, not rewarded.

  3. That could be said of Bush as well. Ever heard of Prescott Bush and his relations to Germany?

Not to make this a Bush v Clinton v Obama thread... my point is that ALL presidents, represent large interests. An Imperial power doesn't maintain it's position by listening to the masses.

Also, consider this - both parties are controlled by Wall Street. During decent economic times, it is not that apparent. But if you look at this crisis and how Bush and Obama have reacted to it, and who in their respective administrations were the most influential - you see that there is no difference.

Until we stop arguing which president or party is worse, and accept that the entire system is broken - they will continue to control the system. They thrive on the masses arguing between tweedledum and tweedledee. Why? Because they control BOTH.

Only a truly independent third party can effect real change. If you remember Perot's rise in 1992 despite the media portraying him as a crackpot - the establishment was crapping their pants.

  4. PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY: FALSE ATTRIBUTION!

    http://www.snopes.com/politics/soapbox/proportions.asp

Funny, isn't it, Scatty, how you guys have to lie or falsify in one way or another. The unadulterated truth honestly presented just never seems to be quite enough, does it?

As an aside, does your penchant for mindlessly passing along any and all falsehoods that come to your attention render you as one of the great unwashed to whom you often refer in one way or another? (Some people will swallow anything, eh?)

also, he hates white people and the country he leads ....

yes, scary times ... LOAD UP ON AMMO.

although, I suspect our military doesn't pose a threat to us, they'd be first to fight for freedom

  6. I'm just curious here. It seems a lot of you feel very strongly about particular issues on this forum - right or left, liberal or conservative.

Yet none of you seems to feel strongly enough (despite the venom and hatred unleashed here daily) to disrupt your own personal lives to actually do something (other than post or talk) about these principles you supposedly so strongly believe in.

Many of your posts end with "if you disagree, do nothing" (paraphrased) and none of you do anything, do you? If I'm wrong, please point it out. Not to pick solely on the OP (Gnome) but you've been posting this stuff for years. What is it you have done to right the ship to what you believe it should be?

I mean, other than post on the internet about it. I'm genuinely curious.

  7. Let me help u Ivan.....

Most of the people here are here merely to vent, they plan on doing nothing. If actually confronted with the necessity of doing something, they would hide in the basement like women.:D

Fact is, P&R is just a place to blow steam. Not a third of what is typed here could be said in public.

Look at Pabst. He is a flaming racist, and had the nerve to run for office in Chicago. How is that for cognitive dissonance:)

At any rate, none of this stuff is to b taken with anything other than a large cube of salt.

  8. Remember the public outrage and email/call/fax tsunami regarding the first TARP? When Hank Paulson wanted to assume dictatorial powers?

Well, I can't speak for anyone here, but I was mad as hell and I contacted my representatives - as did many of my neighbors.

    What happened? Bupkus.. nada....

My next step is to only vote 3rd party. If the only third party candidate for any given position (even dog catcher) is a Union Socialist or a tree hugging nutjob - guess what? They'll still get my vote. After all, the Republacrats/Democans are instituting the slavery of future generations. Neither will EVER get my vote again.

Time to vote for anyone else BUT the establishment. Imagine if everyone did this - you really think we would "break" the system?

    It's already collapsing.

  9. NKNY

    NKNY

NO, but we need to all be armed as we might have to help our military against who knows what or at least hold the fort until they get back...

The moment I heard Obama say he needs an civilian internal security force just as powerful as our military, I knew we were headed for trouble..

  10. Pabst, racist or not (I am not going to say either way) ran for office because he decided to try to change things. But you're right, the rest here just whine about how things are (and they ARE quite bad) but won't do anything about it, I suppose.
