that would be enough to make me go back.... crime would skyrocket....there is a reason why things are this way...peace
We spent a month in Cuba last year and we were told that there will be a massive outflow once restrictions are eased. Floridan Cubanos will return to commence paperwork re properties etc but there is nothing else to return to on a permanent basis.
