In a way this thread is a joke, but in other ways its not. Let me give you a little background. This thread was purposely and maliciously hijacked by the Atticus alias as a result of the Pattaya thread I posted up. That Pattaya thread is now in the chit-chat section. Atticus openly came out and accused me of a felony crime acting like he knows me or the places I have been. Then he said I posted up pictures of underaged women and deleted them soon after which is not the truth. I never posted up pictures of underaged women and I do not have the moderator power to delete or edit posts. Then he goes on and on accusing me of having sex with underaged women which is not the truth. Basically, he is trying to get me riled up by falsely accusing me of a felony crime. He posted up links to UN reports on human trafficking incorrectly stating that Thailand is the number one place. It was not named the #1 place in that report and the report also mentioned human traffiking in the United States and United Kingdom. It did not squarely focus on Thailand. Basically, the Atticus alias was trying to blow up the reports for his malicious purposes. A resident of Thailand came on here to state that many residents dont even know that human traffiking even exists in Thailand and denied what he was writing about. The facts are that I do go to places like Brazil and Thailand, but I have no intention of sleeping with an underaged woman. I have never slept with an underaged woman in these locations. The hotels I stay at check and keep records of all women coming and going. They would never let in an underaged woman. The bars I go to on "Walking Street" are well known with solid reputations. The women wear their government issued identification to demonstrate they are registered with the authorities. I check the identification diligently and scrutinize whoever I take out. In addition, the staff at the hotel checks them out as well. I am 100% confident that none of the women were underaged. I also do not think the bar owners would take such a great risk. In the videos, you can clearly see armed police walking the streets. They have no qualms about shutting these places down. I have never observed either human traffiking or child slavery in these destinations. To my knowledge, it does not exist in Thailand and I have no interest in it whatsoever. In Thailand, adult prostitution is illegal, but the laws are worded in such a way that make it legal. These adult prostitution laws are not enforced or pushed by the government there in any event. No one to my knowledge has ever been arrested there for adult prostitution. However, child prostitution and human trafficking is not accepted by the government and the Thai police would not knowingly allow that to happen. There are quite a few people spending time in the jungle prisons of Thailand for such offenses. So this Atticus handle decided to troll this thread and maliciously touted many false and untrue things. Now I normally dont mind people saying profane things at me on a message board, but I am going to defend myself when falsely and maliciously accused of a felony crime. If I incur any damages as a result of these false accusations, then I intend to exercise my rights in a federal court to file a lawsuit and go after whatever he owns. So if he decided to just call me names, ok, no harm done. However, when he accused me of a felony crime then thats not just libel, but that is criminal libel which goes against Nevada state harassment laws. I posted a link to that law earlier. I went through past threads and I have knowledge that this Atticus id owns property and probably resides in that Nevada area. I am not certain why he would want to place his property or family in financial jeopardy by posting malicious untrue statements. I have no qualms in meeting up with this charater in a court room and have been the Plaintiff, Defendant, Witness, and Juror many times over the course of the last 50 years. I do not feel uncomfortable in a court room and am not afraid to file suit. If your reading this buddy, activate your homeowners insurance and get that attorney on the phone. I can walk into that court house at any time, throw down $450 and the lawsuit gets filed.
