There is nothing to debate... you're woefully out of your depth and you're on the record stating you've violated Thai laws against prostitution. The US registers sex offenders... You're done. Sick fcuk.
Well, lets take a look at the actual law in Thailand. I always read the law in any foreign destination I go to and consult with a local attorney on how its interpreted. I dont want to violate any laws: http://www.ilo.org/dyn/natlex/docs/WEBTEXT/46403/65063/E96THA01.htm ""prostitution" means sexual intercourse, or any other act, or the commission of any other act in order to gratify the sexual desire of another person in a promiscuous manner in return for money or any other benefit, irrespective of whether the person who accepts the act and the person who commits the act are of the same sex or not;" Focus on the word "promiscuous manner" and its not defined in the law. Promiscuous can mean anything and the dictionary defines it as: promiscuous [prəˈmɪskjʊəs] adj 1. indulging in casual and indiscriminate sexual relationships 2. consisting of a number of dissimilar parts or elements mingled in a confused or indiscriminate manner 3. indiscriminate in selection 4. casual or heedless None of the women I engaged in sexual relationships with in Thailand were casual. In each instance, I got their names, numbers, emails, etc and corresponded with them afterwords or saw them again. So none of the relationships were casual. I was not indiscriminate in selection, I carefully selected the women. So I did not break any laws in Thailand since the sex was not performed in a promiscuous manner. I also did not break any US laws either and we can debate that too. I have them here as well. So what laws have I broken? I only sleep with women over the age of 18 per United States laws on traveling to such destinations and always follow what the local laws specifically state as well. The other thing to debate is your lies here in the forum. You stated that I posted pictures of underage women and removed them which was not true. I provided a link to the pictures of the women I posted and it was obvious they were over 18. I never removed any pictures. I would like an apology for that if you are man enough to admit to what you said was wrong and untrue. I suggested that your remarks can be defined as "criminal libel" and that I had a right to make a complaint against you per Nevada law. Read the Nevada law carefully, it doesnt make a difference whether I operate under my real name or not. I can still file a complaint and can do so under "John Doe" if I liked. See how things work my friend? Read your laws carefully and dont talk about what you do not know my friend. Consult with an attorney...
You and your "attorney" can GFY. The upside of all the time you're spending defending the indefensible is that you can't abuse any women and/or children while you're mindlessly typing here. "Criminal Libel" actions are nonexistent in the US. Moron. I welcome the libel suit. Less talk and more action.
Please accept this post as a threat of legal action against you. Per the terms of your homeowners insurance policy, you must inform them of any threat of legal action against you no matter where they originate. Failure to notify them of a threat of legal action against you could go against the terms and conditions of your homeowner's policy and that might invalidate the policy. At this time, I reasonably believe I have a claim against you. I have three witnesses that have stated they refused to enter into a business relationship with me as a result of your untrue remarks. I formally request that you send to me the name, address, phone and policy number of your insurance company. Failure to provide this information could be considered a crime in your state under the various "Failure to provide insurance information" statues. I will wait a reasonable time for you to notify your insurance company and send to me the contact information so I can assert my claim against your policy. You can either send me the information by private message or they can log on to this forum and send me a private message. You are encouraged to consult with an attorney regarding the details of this message. If we cannot come to an agreement, then I will use the discovery process in Federal court to find your insurance information and then assert my claim. Please be forewarned that if I go that route then your company may invalidate your policy for not following the terms and conditions. Your insurance company could deny you defense in this matter.
3 hooers won't service you because of this thread? Wow, that's fantastic news. WTF is a "failure to provide insurance" statue? I formally request you eat a d*ck steak sandwich.
This is the last time I am going to ask for your insurance information and then I will file suit at my leisure in the Federal court and obtain your information through the discovery process. It is a crime in the state of Nevada to fail to provide your homeowners insurance information when requested by a claimant. I have made such a request and it appears you are failing to provide it.
Yes, that's correct. I am refusing to provide the information. Information that you are not entitled to until after the claim is filed. And uh, eat sh*t. Now please, GO FCUK YOURSELF
this thread is turning into a Hall of Fame (Shame?) candidate...how did we go from health tips to hookers to Federal lawsuits in just a few days??? Wow , can't wait to see what's next
