A few health tips for traders...

  1. If there was a problem I did not see it nor did I partake in the so-called "problem". All of the women I saw in the bars were registered and displayed identification prominently. All of the hotels I stayed at would not let the women upstairs until identification was presented and they did keep logs of the lades going upstairs.

I was all over Pattaya in several venues and never saw it. I did see, however, the police raid places for some odd reason. The bar owners have an investment in their bars and they are not going to risk getting busted over such a thing.

Im sure its there somewhere just like drugs and other contraband is there, but I dont know where it is and dont want to know. My interest is in legal prostitution.

I doubt you were there or maybe were there in a time that was way way back when things might have been different. The Thais are not going to knowingly let their children get sucked into prostitution.

  3. Your problem is that you are spreading falsehoods about a region of the world based on reports from the internet, but not actual experiences. Thats not fair. The Thais do their best to regulate the sex industry just like Nevada does its best to regulate its own sex industry. I can also come up with several reports from the internet about gangs in Oakland, but I do not paint with a broad brush about everyone who lives in Oakland. Gang members are a few people in Oakland out of the hundreds of thousands/millions who live there.

I think you need a new line of attack as you will find that probably over 50% of the guys on this board have been with a prostitute and wont agree with you Also, lieing about the pictures I posted here and saying I took them down is very unbecoming especially when they are still up here for all to see. You make stuff up and you talk about what you don't know.

BTW, I saw that they posted some other pictures of women in the Pattaya thread and it looks like some others did better then me. I reiterate, adult women;)

O.K. If there is human trafficking then that is hidious of course. The BBC link you post also mentions Holland for example. I can assure you that it is really unknown to most people, like here in Thailand.
This problem will certainly exist but the boys and girls who make some extra money here in Chiangmai by selling themselves are as free as birds.
Also you have to consider that people who write those reports generally are inclined to enlarge problems rather than redimension them. It is their job.

  5. You retard, it's not a "report on the internet" ... it's a United Nations investigation that happens to be cited on the internet. Thailand is the number one source and destination of sex slavery.

  6. I can tell you were never an attorney or, maybe if you were, you needed a little work. You also underestimate me by quite a bit thinking I would not go back to look at your links. I also see you editing your messages in real time.

I went back and read that link and here is what it said:

"Thailand, Japan, Israel, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Turkey and the US were the most common destinations, the report said."

So in the same sentence as it mentions Thailand, it also mentions several other first world countries such as the United States. It never mentions that Thailand is number one...they just put Thailand in the first part of the sentence. As for the United States and sex slavery, I never saw it when I grew up there. Im sure its there in the United States, but I never saw it.

You also have a man on here who claims to live in Thailand stating that most of the population of Thailand probably does not know about indicating your are blowing this up.

You are welcome to place up more reports and we can debunk them together making you look like even more of a fool. Thanks for the link!

  7. Debunk what? That prostitution in Thailand is illegal? Or that sex slavery doesn't exist in Thailand because you're a pedo/deviant and it doesn't suit your argument? Do you recall making an analogy of lax US laws on libel you tool?

So you're not breaking the law because the law is not enforced?

    Dude, kill yourself.

  8. BTW, here is a link to all 292 pages of the United Nations report and read through it. A good read.

    http://www.unodc.org/documents/Global_Report_on_TIP.pdf

First, you are using the word "human trafficking" in the wrong context. This term generally means taking a human from one geography to another geography for the purpose of prositution and generally to Western countries. I dont believe women are being smuggled into Pattaya from other countries. There are certainly plenty of Thai women there that will volunteer. I believe the report is mentioning about Thai women being smuggled out of Thailand to places like the United Kingdom, United States, etc.

Second, the report does not really talk about underage prostitution. It mainly focuses on trafficking adults from one part of the world to another such as from Africa to the United Kingdom. The report does come out to state that most every country has taken this very seriously.

Third, you state that the report specifically identifies Thailand as the number one destination for human trafficking, but it does not. Certain parts of Africa are number one.

Fourth, you have not read the 292 page report like I just did. You should read it, take passages from it and then we can discuss it.

    Any other reports?

  9. Excellent compilation with citations listed: http://www.uri.edu/artsci/wms/hughes/thailand.htm

Thailand’s Health System Research Institute estimates that children in prostitution make up 40% of prostitutes in Thailand.

  10. Let me challenge you to a duel in the Chit-Chat section about the reports you posted up and misrepresented. You dont know what you are talking about. You post up stuff you have not even read and twist them around trying to get the audience to buy into your illusion. Thats classic ET.

As for prostitution being illegal in Thailand, its so illegal there that they register the sex workers. What if the FBI registered illegal drug dealers in the United States?

The laws are not so lax until a complaint is made in the United States and someone makes a big deal out of it. I can walk into Federal court and file a lawsuit for $450 "pro se", for example. I dont need an attorney and they even have an office to assist me. How do I know this? I have filed 5 such lawsuits when I had my business up and running in order to collect debts. I would go in there unrepresented and the judge became familar with me. The best way to avoid complaints and lawsuits is simply by not running your mouth like your doing now. You put your neck out running your mouth against people you dont know, how can anyone trust that?

If you are up for a little debating contest, then Im up for it. Tomorrow maybe, but not today. Lets see what you got because what you are showing me here says you have very little in the way of having anything but hot air.
