    Almost. Lol!

I use lose a large amount of water when I train with weights, and do cardio, so the large amounts of water help.

I am on the more extreme end when it comes to water, but my blood panels always come back with great electrolite numbers. I would, however, warn against toxicity with way too much water going in, and minerals going out faster than they can be replaced. If a person urinates out the majority of their potassium, the heart stops. Ouch!

8 12oz glasses of water per day is fine for the average person. Athletes need much more.

Oh my... Thirst is a sign of dehydration. You should NEVER be thirsty.

and 13 cups flush out all vitamins?? So the guys who go out and drink a six pack of beer on a weekend night are nearing flushing out all of their vitamins? I think beer is around 95% water... Don't run around thirsty. You'll thank me later!:)

  3. Yes, when prostitutes smile at you it means they are not coerced.
This is laugable, but sure I agree with you that there is usually not true trafficking going on. But instead these womenhave no place to go. That is still coercion. Sometimes they have a debt with the club, and the club holds if theyre foreign passports. Not all women are thais u know.

Anadrol is an oral, not an injectible. Very hepatoxic at large doses, and extended use.

Finaplex was the old way of converting to tren.

Isn't D-bol the breakfast of champions?

    Where's the testosterone?

  8. "Human trafficking", slavery and indentured servitude is where the person does not have the option to leave. You can scroll through the historical textbooks and you can see how slaves were treated. They had shackles, overseers, "boss"es, etc. They did not have an option to leave.

The women in Pattaya can walk off the job at any time and, if there is any abuse, they can go to the police. The police and government in Pattaya is very sensitive to these issues as they do not want anything to effect their tourist industry. On occasion, there has been issues at certain clubs, but they get raided and shut down very quickly. You cannot keep secrets amongst a group of women so if there is anything questionable taking place or that offends the local government then men with black suits and M16s walk in to shut it down.

There was a guy who was videotaping porn and running a certain website for example. This was not illegal, but offended the government. The police raided his apartment, dropped a weapon and some drugs on the floor and took him in on that.

As for the clubs taking people's passports or other belongings that is called collateral. In the United States, people sign employment contracts and give collateral for loans all the time. No one is forcing anyone to hand over a passport or give collateral. No one is saying to the women that they have to go work in the club. The women come to the clubs seeking out employment and the owners make business arrangements with the ladies.

If there are any questionable employment practices its in the United States. It is obvious that not everyone in the United States is here legally and its a slap in the face to the unemployed American citizens when a foreigner comes to work here without the proper legal documentation. You also have Walmart which used to lock in workers at night. There was a man who died at the Walmart trying to get out, but they locked him in there.

So if anyone is practicing slavery or human trafficking you dont need to look much further then your local Walmart. They do that stuff **all the time**. I would not throw stones especially when your house is made of glass.
