  2. Right after a post about food? :D :D :D :D

    Another live one and this is not even a trading thread. :)

    This is a careerTrader thread\Health tips\food\exercise\games\reading\medicine\pussy\-\-\-\ etc.

    Thailand needs your kind desperately so we can observe you upon arrival, nod at each other knowingly and say, "another one bites the dust" :D :D

    Hey, suit yourself, keep living with your dinosaur back home and continue with your non-existent sex life. We don't mind.

  3. Are the other states like CA in this regard or is CA the only fckin nightmare stateside ...

    fatties everywhere, at the supermarket, at the theatre, even a nice faced custard once she steps out of the car its like getting hit by a rotund dinosaur.

    Cal (or America) has gone to the fckin dogs.

    Whats worse is that even the asians are fat.

    And the husbands with these fat bitches? God help them. These pricks are goners for sure.

  4. Career traders get the fck out of California or America. All you need is a laptop and an account. Live elsewhere.

    My brother told me proudly (he is a slim guy with a decent looking wife who is also slim but he does have a noticeable paunch and is physically totally out of shape) that he picks up some nice Salmon at Costco bla bla

    so I went with him to see what the nice deals are - an educational experience par magnifique .....

    Since he had plunked down some nice soups etc. in his cart I read and then had him read the labels carefully ...

    saturated fat = 13%-20%

    cals from fat => 40%

    sodium = 25%++

    Fiber = 0

    protein = 1 gram

    and so on

    a casual glance at the other carts whenever I could take a peek revealed the same crap everywhere

    FATTIES eating fatty stuff and loving it.

    :)

  5. In front of his wife I whacked him as I used to when we were kids (playfully of course) and emptied out his cart and told him to go on a formula for a week and not change a thing with work and see if he could handle it ...............

    so we bought the incredibly few items that would make up the list below and I told his wife to prepare these things for 7 days for the both of them .....

    Day 1 sample

    breakfast for day 1

    coffee (don't change this regardless what the doctors say)

    a full bowl of oatmeal with milk or soymilk, 1-2 tbl peanut butter, 1 -2 tbl whey protein powder - then an orange and a banana.

    Off to work.

    The energy and vitality will pour all morning.

    Lunch @ 12-1 for day 1

    In a sandwich box and prepared by his wife in advance .....

    a big pilaf of brown rice with broccoli, a big slab of the very same norwegian salmon, some fresh salsa (o fat grams also from Costco),
    with mango/yoghurt pre-blended and chilled in the office fridge.

    And then here's the buttkicker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Not another morsel to eat till breakfast the next day!

    When he started feeling the hunger pangs he just acks and continues with work or whatever.

    Target for 60 days is 15 pound loss, then he starts martial arts training.

    The pricks in paradise already with a renewed vigor coefficient of restitution and he says his dick is harder than ever.

    :D :D :D :D

  8. Try and take at least 10 deep breaths a day, hold for a moment and then release. Helps oxygenate the brain as well as clean the lymphatic system. If you do this consistently, you should notice a sharper focus and overall sense of better cognitive function. It's worked for me, at least.

    More blood and sweat than money in the markets. Start from there before considering consulting to a topic that you did not master:)
