(1) A 1-2 hour Mixed Martial Arts workout 4 times per week. (Note 1: Are there other ways to get to Rome? Yes, but they are all VASTLY inferior. They are ..... running a brisk 10k 4/week OR Strength Training+treadmill incline/speed/interval training OR lap swimming daily OR any game like soccer etc. 4 games/week, etc., etc., ) (Note 2: The clowns you see in the gym with big biceps and triceps etc., are so ungainly in movement that they're the antithesis of "agile, deft, nimble" and almost always an MMA fella can land a minm. of 6 hits before muscle-man even raises/cocks his arm for a strike - thats how slow they are) (Note 3: MMA gives you a 3-fer, the latter 2 being Self-defense and purging the violence from within, thereby almost always walking away or avoiding a fight UNLESS one has to engage and then finishing it in under 10 secs)
(Note 4: AS stated before, just this point (1) takes care of EVERYTHING - water consumption, calorie burning, fat dropping off like melted butter, incredible mental high after and during rest periods, cock as hard as a rock, peace of mind, cure for the blues/depression, clarity of thought, low resting heartrate, low LDL, high HDL ..... you name it, brother, this form of exercise nails core happiness to a T) (Note 5: a huge side benefit of especially this type of strenuous exercise, specifically because one digs down deep into reserves of strength and power, is that the body often tells you exactly what it needs - there are times when I'd drop 6 oranges in a row or an entire watermellon, or need a jap buffet with seasalt aplenty etc., ... you get the idea .... ) (Note 6: Food as fuel sought out is almost inevitably quality fuel like brown rice etc., but pleasure is not sacrificed, so all the good stuff within the junk food categories is sought as often as needed to the point where there are no foods on craves that haven't been delivered)
Note 7: pre-event ... workout/trading/analysis/examination/et al ... food formula taken 2 hours before event ... = 3-4 asian (pref.) bananas + one large cup of blended hot soymilk, 1 tbls pure peanut butter, 1 tbls Whey protein powder, 4 tbls instant oats ..... the energy from the bananas will keep you going within the event; then the protein powder will kick in - when it does so, inspiration is only a heartbeat away and like Love, always comes in ... s o f t l y .... and .... l i n g e r s ... till at least the end of event.

Well guys, Im just trying to make you think and give you reason to change your ways. I hope I have motivated at least one person through this thread to at least do one small exercise. Im not expecting anyone to all of a sudden do some powerlifting, but maybe jogging a mile or so each day will suffice...maybe some pushups and situps in the morning.
