Just to add one thing if you aren't aware of it already. CME has order to fill ratios for each product including options. IIRC 17 - 1 for ES options.
Among other things, this just goes to show "spoofing" is anything some regulator doesn't like. What they didn't was nothing like the normal definition of spoofing (ie orders not intended to execute but rather deceive others).
