about the refurbs, I've gotten various refurb components from ubid.com and never had a problem. look for a good warranty. the longer time you spend in a chair, the more important it is to have a really good one. seems you never know how important your back is till you start having pain. sit4less is a good online spot to get one of those Aerons and I agree about getting it with the posturefit if you can, that attachment can make even more of a difference. ray
