what are you talking about, i had some insane moves this morning went from -11k to +4k, never had such a swing in such a short amount of time

You obviously don't do any sector trading.
The ENERGY SECTOR and DEFENSE SECTOR has been anything but FLAT!!!

My advise:

Stop looking at the overall indexes and look at individual sectors.
