A 70k bet that I can't make a 50% gain in 2009

My job does not allow me to take "pictures" of my screen.

If you would like we can go over a stock/index that you trade and I'll tell you my set ups, if that helps. I'm sure we could work something out.

geez,

how did you learn to trade? I am trying to learn but it's very hard to do without a mentor and also with so much of information out there on the net and also books, I feel overwhelmed. I have invested thru professional management firm, so I never really traded or invest in stocks and equities myself. Can you suggest simple yet effective steps to take to learn the trading/investing? (I understand that it will take time and also won't be easy but I would some suggestions from experienced person so that I could focus on learning the proper way and to become a successful trader/investor)
