90% winners - really?

  1. Just put your results on your website for all to see, no need to anything "in private"

And no, you don't need any license to do so..try to be different from the rest of the "education" crowd....

It is on a website - you just have to be a QEP to see it. NFA regs. It's that simple.

  3. Can you elaborate on being a QEP?

Any link to the NFA website?

Also an NFA reg that you cannot mention on your site that you have actual results without posting them?

You can ask people if they are a QEP from your own website,no?

    QEP Definition here: http://www.nfa.futures.org/nfa-faqs...ts/what-is-qualified-eligible-person-qep.HTML

If someone asks for performance tables, of course you can say "yes, I have them". You just can't give it out if you're operating under certain nfa exemptions and subjected to their rules. The QEP qualification is an important part of that exemption process.

Yes, you can ask about QEP designation on a website. But, you cannot allow access to certain materials based on that answer alone - how is the site to know you are lying or that you aren't in fact, based in a country that we're restricted from doing business with or that you aren't a minor or that...you get the point. You have to have direct contact to verify that information before granting access. It may sound conservative to you but it keeps us out of trouble.

The nice thing about the NFA is that they are a dream to work with - they are happy to help when you call them with questions like this. Much much more friendly than the SEC from what I understand. So, give 'em a call and ask 'em about the QEP designation - they'll be happy to help.

    Hope this helps.

  5. QEP is only for persons who want to participate in a mananeg account or managed pool program not for people who want to get educated....here the vendor BS starts...

Larry Wiliams,an educator like you, published his actual performance when he won the robbins trading championship in 1987 on his website for all the world to see.....no QEP CRAP....

  8. Not really sure what your point is here... considering the jelly program went belly up. Is that what you implied, or are you somehow suggesting Miller was above all others?

I see waaaaay more public message-board b.s. than you have ever seen vendor talk. The stuff that passes thru these sites in some veiled semblence of truth and reality by the addicted posters is laughable.

  9. Are you under influence of some stuff ?

It is clear for 99.99 % of people with half a brain that the QEP reason for not publishing actual results is a load of crap. ...come back and read again when you are. ....well,whatever.....

ummmm.....yeah, we are registered with the NFA with a qualified exemption for the related CTA company.

Larry Williams may or may not have been a CTA at the time he did his championship in 1987 and may or may not have been registered with the NFA at the time he published his records. Plus, there is the additional twist that the records were actually part of a 3rd party operation and not necessarily Larry's alone. The legal twists and turns there along with Larry's personal legal circumstances is not something I can address even if, it seems that you can do so (are you a personal friend of Larry's?)

I say again - go through the QEP qualification with us and you can have all the info you want. At the very least, if you'd like to continue to attack someone, you may want to make sure you have all the info in hand - otherwise you're fighting blind.
