90% Mexicans firmly believe they have a legal right (under some unenforced international law) to come to America because they are indigenous and this is their homeland that was stolen by Europeans.

This concept is widely promoted in Public School and not allowed to be questioned. God help any teacher who suggests otherwise.

Interesting that while it is OK to teach that the Conquistadors came from the semi-European Spain, it is not Politically Correct to talk about returning Mexico to indigenous peoples, or to even mention that the USA has its own indigenous Indians, and they ain't Mexicans.

  2. and 99+% of them have no legal training.

  3. sounds like you are questioning the claim that their land was stolen? check out this map when Mexico included most of Texas, Colorado, California, NM, AZ, NV, and UT. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Mexiko_und_Mittelamerika_1829.JPG
besides, i believe our indigenous native americans were not treated with all that much respect. also, you may think to make peace with our Mexican brothers/sisters as you may need their help in the future when the national language has changed to semi-Spanish, or complete Spanish. either way, something is telling me that you don't speak either:)

  4. Sonia Sotomayor does.

  5. Apparently not enough since 60% of her opinions get overturned.

  6. Loon,

Do you have a link for that 60% figure. If so I'm dying to read it. Please post.

That is crap! We legal taxpayers are suffering with depressed wages and overcrowded schools for that! Fuck YOU and the horse you rode in! This "land grab" is sadly part of human history for 5000 years!!!! Virtually all areas that we "grabbed" are lucky that we "stole" the land as Mexico is clearly a corrupt shithole on the verge of collapse! They cannot run SHIT!

  8. I'm going from memory but I think
3 of 5 were overturned, hardly meaningful and the norm is over 75%; so based on your 60% comment she is much better than average in that regard.

  9. Cripes, just when I thought Columbus discovered California and named all those cities on the coast....:)

Certainly is bizzaro when a bunch of gringos start freaking about Mexicans while living in a city originally dubbed Nuestra Señora la Reina de los Ángeles del Río de Porciúncula.
