9:35AM, May 05, Who Is Shorting NDX

Discussion in 'Trading' started by riskfreetrading, May 5, 2008.

  1. No you did not understand. What I posted were copies of confirmations of my trades on the QQQQs to show the trade were actually made. Bought puts at around 10:10AM, and sold when I asked people to take 1/3 of position.

I removed them because it is private information.

  4. Just to clarify:

He posted a trade in June QQQQ puts. It was just a line item that any one could have typed not any sort of confirm.

The problem which he ran into and then caught very quickly was his thread said he shorted around 1979 in the index and the price in the put indicated he would have gotten shorter from the absolute low print in that series on the day. That would have meant he got short at the high of the day in the index and been in contradiction to what he claimed earlier.

Yes he does edit posts all the time, and yes he has “continuity” issues with many of his calls and trading stories.

  5. Hey Bulls and naysayers:

How is it going today with NDX? Still bullish?:D

NDX is at 1959 as I write this.

How about those who bought at 10:10AM 24 hours ago. They are in RED with 33 points (close to 2% so far).

  9. Their posts in this thread said so. You can either be bullish or bearish. You cannot hide.

Readers: read every single post of yesterday on this thread. You will know who is bullish, bearish.

  10. You can be bullish or bearish or trade delta neutral. The idea you can tell who is a bull and a bear simply because they point out inconsistencies or out right contradictions in the stories people post here does not make them a bull or a bear.

I find that making assumptions about other posters positions, other peoples wealth, and other peoples trading accounts is a useless exercise. I believe it’s a mistake to assume anyone here is in competition with anyone else since we are but a small part of the global market place. Nor do I take pleasure in seeing anyone here lose money, thus I don’t make derogatory comments towards them or pat myself on the back when my positions go my way.
