Usually it's about five years of planning.. they are about four years retarded so far and counting....

You must be in a minority opinion of about 15-20 percent of the US population on nearly everything.. how does it feel being so intellectually isolated that you act like a gorilla in a cage throwing monkey shit at the zoo visitors?

Hee hee, then they attack and the upshot is that the guy that might bring off arab Unity dies by hanging, two arab contries are completely screwed over by the US military, the US spends a few trillions to upgrade it's military and information capabilities... LOL...

Always fake a little weakness to draw an enemy in, always do that... with your left hand.. and always have the best skills you can master.. with your right hand...

  4. Allright douchebag, I'm going to call you on your Dailykos bullshit. Demonstrate how exactly the Bush administration "ignored" alleged "intelligence" leading up to 9/11.

Telling Bush at a security briefing that Bin Laden is "plotting"-all the while there are SEVENTY FBI investigations ongoing with him as a subject-is not "ignoring" anything.

Given that 14 of the 19 hijackers were flagged by security tells me that modifications at the gate level were all that were truly needed to avert tragedy.

But without the FAA knowing SPECIFICS, i.e. time, place, method-then what would YOU have done. Shut down domestic travel indefinitely? Violate Federal racial profiling laws and randomly search Muslim males? Enact the types of security measures now in force which absent the 20/20 hindsight of the 9/11 attacks would seem unduly onerous to the American traveler?

Answer one question. Are you for or against the Patriot Act? if you're against it then SHUT THE FUCK UP and with a grain of salt concede being blown up is your price for Liberty. But don't bitch about the Patriot Act and at the same time bitch that the administration didn't VIOLATE EXISTING LAWS by doing a better job of surveillance.

At this moment I can assure you a Palestinian is "plotting" to blow up a bus in Tel Aviv. Now go stop him.

  5. You don't get it either. This IS NOT a Holy War. Bid Laden himself is described as a particularly non-devout Muslim. The 9/11 hijackers weren't exactly following Sharia by drinking and paying for sex.

    I found this account.

"The story of the terrorists' foray into American sexual hospitality came out when a Boston prostitute "freaked out" after seeing pictures of the Sept. 11 hijackers. She recognized one from her tryst with him Sept. 9 at the Park Inn, in Newton, Mass. Two of the hijackers of American Airlines Flight 11, which crashed into the World Trade Center, Waleed M. Alshehri and Wail M. Alshehri, spent the night in that hotel.

"These were not isolated events. As reported by UPI on Oct. 10, the prostitute's driver took her to the Days Hotel in Boston's Brighton district, where she spent time with another hijacker. The same driver also routinely took prostitutes to a male relative of bin Laden. Terrorist ringleader Mohammed Atta and other hijackers reportedly spent US$200 to US$300 on lap dances in the Pink Pony Strip Club in Florida. Marwan Al-Shehhi, who, it is believed, piloted the plane that slammed into the south tower, frequently got lap dances in the Olympic Garden Topless Cabaret in Las Vegas, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. The Boston Globe reported that four other alleged terrorists, Satam M.A. Al Suqami, Marwan Al-Shehhi, Fayez Rahsid Ahmed Hasan Al Qadi Banihammad and Mohand Alshehri, who were staying at the Milner Hotel in Boston, called escort services on Sept. 10. The last three are believed to have helped hijack United Airlines Flight 175, while Satam M.A. Al Suqami joined those who hijacked American Airlines Flight 11."

  6. Islam is 600 years younger than Christianity: review your history books to see what Christians were doing 600 years ago.

Islam radicalism is a passing fad just as 'hijacking planes to Cuba' was a fad and Manifest Destiny was a passing thought.

Until Humanism is adopted and all religious superstitions are rejected by the MAJORITY of humans there will be stupid acts.

  7. 600 years ago Christianity and Christendom were in the Dark Ages - aggressive, ignorant, murderous, fundamentalist medieval sect.

I guess you agree with me that Islam today is in the Dark Ages too, it is 600 years behind, it is stuck in the medieval mentality - an aggressive ignorant, murderous, fundamentalist medieval sect. Except of course no one living today can wait for the next 600 years hoping that they'll improve.

Thank you for helping me make my case.

  8. You say; "600 years ago Christianity and Christendom were in the Dark Ages - aggressive, ignorant, murderous, fundamentalist medieval sect." G.W. Bush has clearly stated that he attacked Iraq because of his conversations with "Jesus". I guess we are still ignorant.

What makes you think WE have changed our ways ?!?!? As bad as 9/11 was, we, the USA are still by far the most aggressive military regieme on the planet. We have ships and soldiers in every area of the world and account for 52%+ of the world's total military spending. We are also the world's largest arms producer and exporter. Since 1950 our military is directly responsible for the deaths of over 6 MILLION people: most of them civilians.

It is time to stop prostitiuting 9/11 into an annual patriotic orgy and face up to our own aggression.

  9. If 9/11 would of never happened we never would of went to Iraq. If Pearl Harbor would of never happened we wouldn't of had to fight the Japanese. If Hitler wasn't such an Evil Bastard we never would of had to go over there to squash his ugly face. We tried to stop the slaughter in Vietnam. We did our best to stop the slaughter in Korea. We try to save too many and you wonder why we have the military we do? And now we have these suicidal idiots all over the globe blowing up innocent people and you think it is okay?

  10. Yawn, same old anti-american uber-liberal pacifistic crap that has absolutely nothing to do with the topic that you yourself brought up, that Islam today is just like Christianity was 600 years ago during the Dark Ages - a brutal, medieval, expansionist, aggressive. militant, vicious and ruthless religion and it should be dealt with as such.

Except of course there was no enlightened alternative to Christianity 600 years ago, the entire world was in the Dark Ages then. Today we have the civilized world that Islam could learn from, instead Islam is out to destroy it.
