Today's science is same old science + some. We wouldn't have needed boosters if people had vaccinated and we had nipped alpha in the bud. Boosters are no different than needing flu shots every 2 yrs, yet no one bats an eye on that. Do you understand that efficacy and effectiveness are not the same thing as vaccinated breakthrough rate. I provided the information you requested on the "% of people in the FDA approval trails got the shots and still got covid" -- including the raw numbers. This is the vaccination breakthrough rate during the trial. Efficacy and effectiveness calculation involve comparisons to the control group.
