It isn't clear, when reading Bush statement. If it's only yearly, it isn't a big deal; not even enough to pay some minor bills.
I know I said it in other threads, but I will risk being redundant (out of genuine anger): This is pathetic. Any objective observer must be looking at the United States of America as cast in a very pitiful light, this day. Is this what our able government has been reduced to? Is the citizenry going to follow along like sheep, sucking on the teet of Big Brother? A very, very sad day for free markets.
