  3. I cannot disagree more....with the premise of this thread...and I am not rich and would beneifit the most of the implementation of this idea of the opening post of this thread...

Sometimes you just got to believe in something and I beleive in Capitalism. I believe in the hope to realize the fruits of my labor and less government and to achieve financial independence. Supression should be banned for Social Engineering, it is just not human. Please do not tag me with some sort of political bias...I am not believing in any one political party as I have no faith in mankind.

As Americans we used to have a calling and believe in something...the reasons for our downfall are that the parents of our children did not instill American beliefs into them...

We have certain religions attacking us as infidels when there is only one God...

  5. The real money will come expensive real estates, stock markets, gold, Forex ($1100 Trillion per year), derivatives ($700 Trillion), cash balance. I do not see any other source of real money.

Trim them. Cull them, before they finish you. Now I am exhausted. Somebody will have to help me from here.

  6. Social Engineering isn't exclusive to "government", an Oligarchy or plutocracy will do the engineering to the extent that government doesn't. The government is the only entity that has a chance to bring social engineering power to the people (democracy).America used to have a law that a corporation had to prove it benefited society otherwise it wouldn't be granted a charter. The founding fathers knew (from history) that democracy will not stand under concentrated wealth. They knew that these vast fortunes only come about through manipulating the legal and political ( financial is included in this) system. In fact today, players in big corporations scream free markets in public lights, while trying to lobby government for a monopoly or a subsidy. It would be fair to say that Americans have lost control over the social engineering function to a small group of self interests. Which leads to feudalism and is quite the opposite of financial Independence you seek

  7. The $7 Trillion treasure which USA has is mine. I had given this treasure to USA for safe-keeping. Now I have donated it USA. Remember I am 1000 years old.

300,000 Tons of Gold and other treasures

This gold find in the 1940's would have crushed the value of monetary gold around the world, per Weir. Because the US Government was the largest holder of monetary gold, it would have significantly devalued the US monetary reserves if made public . Too, its revelation would allow claims from certain Asian countries that the gold belonged to them. This would upset the balance of power and wealth in the region.

  10. I am not quite so sure about this...There are antitrust laws for corporations that evolve into such big entities that they control markets and policy.

Wasn't Microsoft an example of this? Was there a case study on this?...These are honest questions and I may be learning something here.

I am not real comfortable exchanging the corporate drive for efficiency and market share for a political team of humans hungry for power, even if they have a vison of equalizing the rich and the poor...and even if they are elected by the people.

I am not a fan of egalitarianism.

P.S. When I lived and operated a company in Socialist Sweden for five years, I often asked myself...why work? There are so many people brainwashed and supressed over there and I marveled at how they blindly followed the governments decisions for them. I eventually left Sweden with my Swedish wife as I missed having the hope of financial independence. Sweden has come a long way in eliminating that hope...but alas.. everybody has a good life...By the way... Monopolies are legal over there...but the government decides that.. HeHe
