With so many guns on the street due to the lax gun laws it makes it easy for criminals to get them illegally.
A few reasons crime might be low in Japan: The Japanese don’t debate whether evolution should be taught in school. The Japanese don’t wear shirts that say “Fuck your feelings vote Abe” The Japanese have socialized health care. The Japanese don’t believe in individualism. The Japanese have vending machines where you can buy used women’s panties.
Now, we're getting somewhere. What you're really after is confiscation. You know, to reduce the number of weapons that may become stolen. Got it. Actually, knew it all along.
While at the same time disarming law abiding citizens while knowingly allowing criminals to continue with theirs, all in the hopes it will - someday - affect them.
Yeah they actually believe in the nuclear family. Nuclear family is an idea the democrats have abandoned long ago.
They have a new strategy. Who brainstormed this bright idea? hey, lets go into the worst hoods in the middle of the night and break up parties. What can possibly go wrong? Now police will target some of their efforts into breaking up these parties before they get violent "The goal is not to be out there arresting people because they are trying to enjoy the summertime. That's not the goal. But once we say, 'It's time to move on,' then it's time to move on," Johnson said. https://abc7chicago.com/chicago-pol...arge-parties-before-they-get-violent/3918034/

How is this tolerated in a supposedly civilized society? Residents of Chicago should be going to Canada and applying for asylum. After all, we are told people from Latin America can get asylum on the basis of living in a shithole crime-ridden country. Trump should have made this more of an issue and demanded that the governor send National Guard troops in to restore order. Lock down every block, search cars coming and going, stop and frisk people on the street. Of course the corrupt democrat machine pols who run the city would have gone nuts and filed lawsuits to stop it. At least that would clarify for voters which side they are on.
Good news. Chicago isn't the murder capital...adjusted for population. Hey, ya' got to take good good news where you can get it. Daily Digit: Believe it or not, Chicago is not the murder capital of the U.S Daily Digit is the story behind the numbers that make our world work. Today we’re looking at the so-called murder capital of the U.S. With 653 murders reported in 2017, it’s no secret that Chicago is a violent city. But when adjusting for its large population, Chicago has fewer deaths per capita than many other cities. St. Louis has had the nation’s highest murder rate for the past four years, followed by Baltimore, Detroit, New Orleans and Baton Rouge. While the St. Louis murder rate has been the highest per capita, Chicago’s murder totals have been the nation’s highest since 2012. Fortunately, that total has been on the decrease since 2016. Hmmmm, these cities all have something in common.
