Back in June I was forced to find a new home(thx to Assent) and decided to go with Echotrade. Well..........my fingerprint cards came back as illegible and Echo told me that Finra would do a background check and guaranteed the process to be completed in 90 days. Also I was told that rarely did it take over 30 days for this background check to be completed. Last week I called Finra and they told me that until the 90 days was completed they would not contact the FBI to investigate. If anyone out there has had success dealing with this issue I would appreciate some direction.......
