Section 3022 of the law, which is about the Medicare shared savings program, take up just six pages in the 907-page Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. But HHS has turned that into 429 pages of new regulations and that's too much, says Republican Wyoming Sen. John Barrasso, a practicing doctor. http://www.usnews.com/news/washingt...-of-obamacare-equals-429-pages-of-regulations
The U.S. Supreme will soon be taking this several thousand page monstrosity called Obamacare, folding every page of it into a point, and sticking it up every Democrat's asshole that voted for it!!! The 5-4 conservative majority on the high court is about to end Obamacare, and the Obama presidency. CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!
Thats the problem, with 2000 page bills, and the problem with government in general, bills get introduced all the time, then the lawyers on either side work out every single set of partisan rules they can deduce while they focus on each individual word. This is the reason why government will always continue to be a total failure. Im pretty sure if you gave a group of parasitic lawyers a McDonalds menu, they could turn it into an entire legal system.
