  1. Corporate profits are at the highest level in history, don't think we have saw that in double dip before. Intel said this was their best quarter ever. How did they do that with the Obama policies?

  2. I was just checking a chart of Intel over the last decade ... wow. Great company, so I'm told, but a completely irrelevant stock.

Futures way off highs over the last 12 hours or so, are the bulls giving up, that would be a joke especially on news of intel having one of their best quarters in history.

Retail sales coming in 20 minutes and if they are down this market will forget about earnings from intel.

Best tops have been at record earnings and bullish sentiment , if you been around long enough. Remember the top in 2007 everything was so bullish.

    I remember 2007 all right.

As for today I was hoping for a huge 1%+ opening followed by profit taking, this opening kind of was a non event this morning.

Intel has best quarter and it trades under $25, 10 years ago it was trading even higher than it is today.

After a day like friday is the real reason it will still stay on sidelines until fundamentals improve--the cash on sidelines is smart money not dumb money like the govt wants people to spend it all to improve the economy
